Dental Care Professional (DCPs)

Position: CQC Registered Dental Practice Operations Manager 

Location: Bracknell, Berkshire

Days: Full Time Monday - Friday

Pay: £38,000 - £45,000

Heart Dental have an exciting position for a Practice Operations & CQC Manager who has had experience within the Dental field.

Duties:-

Post Holder for CQC Compliance & Information Governance using Dental Compliance

Designated Safeguard Lead, Fire & Safety Officer, First Aider

Auditing - Clinical Team, Reception, Patient Journey

Human resources including management of the team

General administration including rota management and various email accounts

Facilities management

Supporting the Business Development Manager & Principal Dentist with adhoc duties when required

Able to work alone & as part of a Team

High standard of the written word for compiling documentation

High standard of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel & Powerpoint.

Working knowledge of Dental Compliance would be an advantage
